At NENES, every piece is thoughtfully designed for your little one’s comfort and safety 🤍

Because many of our products — including teethers and feeding sets — are intended for oral use, we follow strict hygiene standards in line with UAE consumer protection guidelines.

Your baby’s safety will always come first.

 

🤍 Hygiene & Safety First

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, some examples include:

• Silicone teethers, pacifier cases and clips.

• Baby feeding sets (plates, bowls, spoons, cups)

• Any product intended for oral use

 

✨ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, NENES will:

• Provide a replacement, or

• Issue a full refund

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs within the UAE.

 

📦 Sealed & Unopened Returns (UAE Orders)

If your product is:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In its original sealed packaging

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with UAE consumer return practices.

Shipping Responsibility:

• If the return is due to a defect or damage → NENES covers return shipping within the UAE

• If the return is due to change of mind → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returned items must be received in original condition. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank provider.

 

 

🚫 Returns Not Eligible

 

We are unable to accept:

• Opened, unsealed or used products

• Items without original packaging

• Returns requested outside the stated timeframe
